the storyteller

The Storyteller is a two channel guitar overdrive, based on three 12AX7 preamp tubes operating in real world voltages. 

Following the same control layout as its predecessor “the Performer”, it is equipped with individual controls for both channels and true bypass. A dedicated part of the circuit ensures “pop” free channel switching even when playing in high volume.

Channel 1 features a classic clean guitar sound, which ranges from pristine clean to mild tube overdrive. Ideal to fine tune your amp’s clean sound, or to achieve the classic and expressive “tube breakup” overdrive sound, which is usually associated with vintage amps in loud volume, even while playing in lower levels.

Channel 2 offers more gain, allowing you to achieve any texture between mild and heavy overdrive, making it a great choice for blues and classic rock tones.
